Support purpose

Use contact for billing questions, account access problems, data deletion requests, technical issues, and product feedback during the closed beta.

Beta limitations

  • AI results require ingredient and allergy verification before cooking.
  • Image-only PDFs are unsupported.
  • Mobile and web plans are not cloud synchronized yet.
  • Weekly-plan review edits may be local-only until regenerated.
  • Browser printing is supported; server PDF export is not.
  • Beta support is manual and may take longer than a full support desk.

A public support email is not configured in this deployment yet. Operators should set NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPPORT_EMAIL for beta. Until then, contact the project owner through your existing project channel.
