Terms of use

Last updated: 17 July 2026 (product renamed to DishDelightful). Not professional legal advice.

Account responsibilities

Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Use DishDelightful for personal cooking assistance. Do not attempt to abuse quotas, probe other users’ data, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful content.

AI-generated content

Recipes and plans are generated with AI and validated heuristically. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. Review results before cooking.

Allergy and medical disclaimer

DishDelightful is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always verify allergen information on product labels yourself.

Uploaded content

You retain ownership of recipes you upload. You grant DishDelightful permission to store, process, embed, and retrieve that content to provide personal cookbook features for your account. Do not upload content you do not have rights to use, or content that is malicious, illegal, or intended to attack the service.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Premium is offered as a monthly subscription ($7.99/month) or an annual subscription ($69.99/year). Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel or manage billing in the Stripe Customer Portal when available. When you cancel at period end, Premium access continues through the paid period. Plan limits are enforced. AI outputs may be incorrect — verify ingredients and allergies before cooking.

Refunds and billing support

For billing errors, duplicate charges, or cancellation problems during the beta, contact support via the Contact page. Refunds are handled case-by-case through Stripe; this outline is not a guarantee of a refund for every request and has not received professional legal approval.

Service availability and beta limits

The service may change, experience downtime, or have incomplete features during beta. Features marked “Coming soon” are not guaranteed.
