Terms of Service

By creating an account or using DishDelightful, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use DishDelightful.

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us if you believe someone else has accessed it.

DishDelightful helps you discover and save recipes, import recipes from links, text, and photos, plan meals, keep a grocery list and pantry, cook step by step, ask Dishi for help, share a Shared Kitchen with your household, and keep Cooking Memories. The features available to you, and any limits that apply to your plan, are shown in the app. Features marked “Coming soon” are not guaranteed.

DishDelightful includes AI-assisted features. AI-generated recipes, instructions and recommendations may contain mistakes. Review ingredients, allergens, food-safety instructions and cooking temperatures before preparing or serving food.

DishDelightful is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical, dietary or food-safety advice. Nutrition information is an estimate. Always verify allergen information on product labels yourself.

You retain ownership of recipes you upload. You grant DishDelightful permission to store, process, embed, and retrieve that content to provide personal cookbook features for your account. When you use AI-assisted features or share content with your Shared Kitchen or through a share link, we process that content to provide those features, including through the service providers described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not upload content you do not have rights to use, or content that is malicious, illegal, or intended to attack the service.

When you join or create a Shared Kitchen, its meal plans, grocery list, and pantry are shared with every member, who can view and change them. Only invite people you want to share with, and respect other members' content.

DishDelightful offers a Free plan and optional auto-renewing Premium subscriptions. Available plans, renewal periods, prices and any offers are shown before you buy. Subscriptions are purchased in the iOS or Android app and are billed and managed by Apple or Google — there is no website checkout.

A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account. When you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Restore Purchases in the app reconnects a subscription you bought on the same store account.

Some AI-powered actions use Credits or your plan's monthly usage allowances. Your plan includes Credits each calendar month; unused included Credits carry over up to a limit shown in the app. You can also buy Credit packs in the app. Purchased Credits are kept separately from included Credits and do not expire on a schedule. The cost of an action in Credits, and your balance, are shown in the app.

Credits have value only within DishDelightful and are removed when you delete your account.

Purchases are handled by Apple or Google, and refunds follow their policies:

For billing errors, duplicate charges, or problems with your plan, email info@innoversehub.com. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google ourselves.

You can delete your account in the app under Account → Delete Account, or request deletion by email — see account deletion. Deleting your DishDelightful account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google. Cancel the subscription through your App Store or Google Play account.

Use DishDelightful for personal cooking assistance. Do not attempt to access other users' data or accounts without permission, abuse usage limits or Credits, interfere with or disrupt the service or its security, infringe others' rights, upload unlawful content, or misuse Shared Kitchen invitations or share links.

DishDelightful needs an internet connection for most features. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

We will update the “Last updated” date when these Terms change and will tell you in the app or by other appropriate means about material changes.
